The C430 is a four axle, 3000 horsepower ALCo locomotive built as part of the "Century" Series. Unfortunately for ALCo, the end was near and sales were poor with only 16 units produced between 1966 and 1968. Even with so few units manufactured, these reliable units have gone on to serve a surprising number of railroads over the years and some remain in service today, over forty years after they were made.

This release includes a number of second runs, new road numbers and new road names. All are available in DCC Ready and DCC w/Sound versions.
