This 89? tri-level closed auto rack is painted TTX yellow with end racks and uprights painted signal yellow. Lettering is done in signal yellow and Chessie blue with black and white. The ends display excess height messages lettered in black. The autorack?s three tiers were used to transport small to medium sized automobiles. The racks, belonging to the railroad, are painted the standard ?Signal Yellow? of the Chessie System; the platforms, belonging to Trailer Train are painted TTX Yellow. Earlier Trailer Train platforms were painted Oxide Red and carried the older style Trailer Train script.
