This 40' bulkhead flat car is painted UP Armour yellow with red "Cushioned Load" lettering and UP gothic-style lettering in black. One of 100 bulkhead flat cars built at the Omaha shops in 1966 as class F-70-16. Road number series 15000-15099 is equipped with Freightmaster 10' cushion underframes and end bulkheads for wall and plaster board shipments. By the mid-seventies, 94 bulkhead flat cars remained on the roster.
