Broadway Limited Imports HO scale stock car is based on a C&O prototype and adapted to represent a broad range of railroads and paint schemes popular with modelers. This approach makes the cars a natural fit for a variety of layouts, train consists, and eras, while delivering the rugged, hardworking appearance that made stock cars a staple of American railroading. Details such as nameplates and number boards are prototypically accurate in shape, size, and location for each specific railroad.

Sound-equipped stock cars are sold individually, making them ideal as signature cars within a consist, special operating features, or standout additions to switching layouts and stockyard scenes. Mix and match sound and non-sound versions to create a train that both looks and sounds alive.

Prototypical sound-equipped versions feature integrated, motion-activated livestock sounds that recreate the sights and sounds of animals traveling by rail. As the train begins to move, or even when the car is gently jostled, realistic livestock noises come to life, simulating the activity of animals in transit.
