The prototypes for the Bachmann N Scale 2-6-2 Prairie were steam locomotives which operated on many railroads and could just as easily be found working mainline freights or short branch line consists, as well as light switching duties.

This 2-6-2 Prairie features

• RP25 contour wheels for operation on Code 55 and larger rail

• E-Z Mate knuckle couplers.
