SEKI 3000 is a hopper car which used to carry coal largely from coal mines to loading ports in Hokkaido. The steam locomotive D51 sometimes pulled as many as 50 cars of SEKI 3000 enjoying popularity among steam locomotive fans.

  • It can be individually decided if or not the freight cars are loaded or unloaded by fitting or not fitting the coal part on the hoppers.

Features

  • The Seki 3000, which was used on the long coal transport trains of the Yubari Line and Muroran Main Line, is back.
  • The side door opening/closing handle reproduces the form after it was relocated to the gable side. Comes as a separate part with the hand brake handle.
  • The yellow band indicating the speed limit of 65km/h and the words "No off limits" are printed.
  • The body color is a deep matte black that is perfect for SL freight trains.
  • The cargo of coal The expressed parts are removable and you can select the loaded state/empty state as you like
