Series 131 600s were deployed to replace series 205 600s operated between Utsunomiya and Kuroiso of JR Utsunomiya line and between Utsunomiya and Nikko of JR Nikko line.

They are characterized by the top car equipped with snow plow.

Enjoy the landscape of Utsunomiya line centering on the north of Utsunomiya jointly with series 205 600s planned by Hobby Center Kato for the simultaneous release.

• The coloring of brown and yellow is reproduced beautifully.

• Head/taillights, front indicators and operation display (with turn-off switch) turn on. The taillights looking like grains are represented by using white LED.

• A slotless motor is used to enable smooth and quiet move.

• Equipped with car-body-mounted Kato tight and hookless couplers and (2-layer) electrical couplers

• Destination stickers are included for side  destination display.
