The 923-3000 T5 configuration train, which is nicknamed “Doctor Yellow” and popular as a yellow Shinkansen, is a comprehensive test car of the Shinkansen electric railroads which collects basic data for track maintenance. The model has accuretly recreated floodlights that can be turned on, which shed light on the pantograph that measures catenaries.

Features

- A prototype of the 3000 series T5 formation belonging to JR West, accurately capturing and reproducing details that differ from the T4 formation belonging to JR Tokai (presence or absence of the No. 7 antenna, jack-up holes, roof color, etc.)

- Any part of the car body Reproduce the observation dome and inspection equipment on the roof unique to the test car.

- Reproduced in car No. 4 (yellow) and others (gray)

- Beautifully expresses the distinctive yellow body paint

- The 3-car basic set can be stored in a paper box, and the 4-car add-on set can be stored in a 7-car book case type.
