A new Small Strip Mall is now joining the KATO selection of scenery accessories. Based on popular one-story shop complexes, this type of structure is commonly seen along the railroads and highways. Pre-assembled and molded in color, the Small Strip Mall can be placed at various locations on your layout with or without parking areas. The Small Strip Mall can be combined with the new "Metro" series structures to expand commercial and business property activity near a rail station.

 

Features

- In addition to the town shops and the station-front shops lined up along the railroad tracks, a one-story complex commercial facility that reproduces the atmosphere of small-scale shopping areas such as towns, temple towns, and housing complexes. A set of two eaves-shaped buildings, each with a width of 124 mm, a modern appearance and bright coloring that matches a wide range of era settings. The air conditioning equipment on the roof and the details of the inside and the back of the store are also realistically reproduced.
・The store itself is the best match for the space along the platform on the road plate of <23-411 Ekimae Road Set> (53mm in depth).
 
・The attached sidewalk plate is installed in front of the store. If so, it fits perfectly in building spaces (depth 81 mm) such as Geotown Road Plate <23-415 Straight Road>
