This 50 ft standard box car with 8’ plug door, no roofwalk and short ladders is grey with black lettering and runs on Barber Roller Bearing trucks. This insulated boxcar belonged to a series of 100 cars built by National Steel Car in 1965, of which five cars were rebuilt and upgraded in 1981. The five cars received SuperTherm enhanced insulation and were renumbered.
