Here’s a 2-in-1 structure from two Victorian brothers who had separate shops in their shared building.  Outside hanging signs and window signs for “Hoit’s Hardware” and “Sid’s Shoes” are included.  

In the center of the front are double doors opening onto stairs leading to apartments above.  Examples of this style and “duplex” type of building can be seen in towns and cities across the country.

Wall tabs and slots, as well as separate, pre-colored, self-locating windows and doors, and with only the front brick to paint, make construction a breeze.  Clear window material plus text and photo instructions are included as is a black roof with cast-in details.
