This 50 ft standard box cars with single door is black with white lettering and red and yellow band and run on Roller Bearing trucks. Built in October of 1941 and originally numbered into series 25100-25288, four cars were eventually converted into express box cars in 1948 and numbered into the series 400-403. They were equipped with special racks for loading Chevrolet front axles.
