This 70’ heavyweight mail baggage car is Pullman Green with gold lettering and runs on 6-wheel passenger trucks. Built of wood by American Car and Foundry in 1918 as #318, this 70’ car received steel-sheathed updates and a 30’ Railway Post Office Section when reassigned to road number 70 in 1927.
