This 3-2 heavyweight Observation Car is painted in the two-tone post war gray scheme with white ‘New York Central’ lettering. The roof is black with dark gray underframe and runs on 6-wheel passenger trucks. In 1943 this car was converted to a U.S. Army Hospital ward car.
