It was built in 1957 by Bethlehem Steel, serviced in May 1979, and runs the Central Western District on Bettendorf trucks. This car is one of 100 Class G-70-4 gondolas rebuilt for specialized service, equipped with low cover, and renumbered from the 30000 series to the series #229700-229799.
