Conrail-black14-panel hoppers. Many of Conrail’s 14-panel hoppers of both EL and PC heritage never made it into the full brown paint scheme (as released by Bluford Shops in 2011.) Instead, their black paint was patched and repaired where necessary, new CR road numbers were applied and they were pressed into service. This run represents these utilitarian cars. This run will be available in 3 road numbers with “coal” loads.
