This 36’ wood sheathed reefer is painted brown with yellow sides, a multi-colored mascot logo, and black lettering. It was built in March 1934 and runs on Bettendorf trucks. The URTC 19511 (series 12000 - 19514) was assigned the Heileman Brewing Company of La Crosse, WI, with an explicit pitch for “Old Style Lager, Good Since 1850.” This right on the tail of prohibition which ended December, 1933. This car was built by American Car & Foundry.
