This house is a small board and batten Victorian Gothic one and a half story farm house.  it is typical of those found in rural areas of North American, circa 1850-1890.  Decorative details include a pointed Gothic window in the front gable, delicate gingerbread trim for the eaves, small covered front verandah, fieldstone foundation, and wood shingle roof.  Perfect for any era layout, this kit measures only 4.25" X 2.5".
