This steel caboose is painted yellow with red herald and lettering. It bears a red, green and white safety slogan. It was built in 1959, serviced in 1973, and runs on Bettendorf trucks. Union Pacific cabooses began to be repainted in UP Armour Yellow in 1947. This continued through the late 1950s. UP cabooses were renumbered to the 25000 series in 1959-1960.
