This heavyweight depressed-center flat car is painted green with white logo and lettering. One of a two-car series, PC 766059 was built at Penn Central’s shop in Beech Grove, IN, in September of 1967, then repainted at the Altoona shop in 1973. This car, like many of PC’s depressed-center flat cars, was prohibited from third rail operations. To keep the center of gravity as low as possible, non-standard 30” diameter wheels were used.
