These 40’ bulkhead flat cars are painted red and have yellow ‘Delaware & Hudson’ letters and yellow stenciling. Built in 1956 by C&O, they run on black roller bearing trucks. Some of the cars from this series were painted in this red and yellow scheme in 1976. This car was used primarily to haul pulpwood.
