It was built in November 1973 by Marine Industries Limited of Sorel, Quebec, serviced in Ontario in September 1987, and runs on Roller Bearing trucks. The reporting mark ‘CPI’ indicates these cars are restricted to international service only and are not to be loaded for domestic points. The cars were leased from North American Car Company by CP Rail.
