This is Deluxe's second run of Nickel Plate Road 2-bay covered hoppers, this time in the as delivered paint scheme. The New York, Chicago & St. Louis Railroad took delivery of 25 of these cars from ACF's Berwick plant in June 1937. The single is road number 99710, from page 248 of American Car & Foundry Company 1899
