This steel caboose with center cupola is painted freight car red (brown?) with black cupola and roofs. The caboose displays the white "Shadow Keystone" monogram with black shadow and white lettering. It was built in July 1942 and serviced in 1960. It runs on roller bearing trucks. PRR 477730 was stenciled with the large PENNSYLVANIA lettering introduced in the 1950s and the Keystone Monogram introduced during the 1960s The 'modified' calendar-style stenciling for numbers was used during the period 1955 through 1960s.
