"K" Line is the largest of the Japanese shipping lines. The K stands for Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha. Their bright red containers are so common around the world that it's difficult to believe that nearly the entire fleet was sunk during WWII and had to be rebuilt from scratch. While most of the "K" Line container fleet is red, this gray paint scheme is found on thousands of 20' and 40' boxes.
