5 years ago Atlas announced their second production run of their very popular N Scale Shays. They have been delayed or temporarily canceled because Atlas had some technical issues with the model. Those issues have now been cleared up. Atlas has re announced the Shays this morning. Those of you who already have a shay on back order, you do not have to do anything. Your orders are still valid. All new customers of PWRS can now enter orders. These are perfect to combine with the Micro Trains Log cars.

Modeled after the Two-Truck Shay Locomotive that was built in the 1920s, this type of engine was used by many lumber, mining, quarry company railroads, other industrial railroads, a few common carrier short lines and major railroad systems for service in the logging and milling industries.
