

Broadway Limited is coming out with a new catalog for 2009, which will include three categories of products. They will no longer use the ESU Loksound electronics system. Models previous announced by Precision Craft Models with that sound system will either be cancelled or converted to the new Broadway Limited Imports Paragon 2 sound system.
Future products will fall in to one of these three catagories.
Paragon 2
Paragon 2 will replace the Paragon series, starting in 2009. The detail level is the same as the Paragon Series, but the sound system is much improved.

BlueLine was introduced in 2007 as a value line with a DC sound system that can be converted to DC by plugging in any DCC decoder. It will have the same detail level as their Paragon line, but at substantially lower prices.

► Same detail level as Paragon Series
Hybrid
The Hybrid line is a reasonably priced series of Brass locomotives designed with some plastic parts ares such as brake rigging, to make them less susceptible to electrical shorts and more durable for day to day operation. The NEw Haven I-5 was the first model in this series and it was extremely well received. The upcomming UP TTT2-10-2 and NYC Mohawk will be the last Hybrid models to use QSI Sound System. Future releases will use the Paragon 2 sound system.
