Walthers has just informed us that there will be a price increase averaging 10% on Lifelike and Proto (433- & 920-) products. Considering the huge increase in the cost of oil, it is not surprising that our "toys" are going up in price.

Yes! Our "toys" are predominantly plastic (which gomes from oil) and don't forget these "toys" are produced off-shore and must be shipped to us (more high priced oil being used).

Most of the major model manufacturers have been hinting of price increase this fall and again early January 2009.

Walthers is the first to publically announce an increase so if you are planning any purchases of Lifelike #433- or Proto #920- in the near future you might want to get the orders in quickly.
