Model Rectifier has enhanced their 16-Bit, Preferred Sound and Platinum Series decoders. Look at these new features
-
MRC's back EMF feature has been improved to make it more versatile. Using enhanced feedback circuitry, the decoder instantly adjusts the motor's speed feedback.
-
More realistic sound performance. Certain sounds, previously on a pre-timed loop, can now be manually activated to remain on until the modeler decides to manually turn them off. These sounds includes the air compressor, the blower and others.
-
Until now, air compressor decoders could only deliver a constant sound. MRC has programmed the air compressor sound on its diesel decoder to be in synch with the RPM of the prime mover.
-
They've added actual, real-life service braking control. Now, applying the brake sound, F5, will slow the loco down, Simultaneously, a brake squeal will be activated as the brakes are applied.
-
Dynamic Braking feature, hitting dynamic braking sound, F6, will not only provide sound but also slow the loco down.
-
Lighting control-17 of them. Including gyro lights, ditch lights, mars lights, strobe, oscillating head lights, cabin lights and more. Some lights you will be able to select differant versions, flashing or constant mode.
