Modelers have been asking Walthers for years, for the new Amfleet cars, and modelers will really be talking following the announcement of the Walthers Proto Amfleet I and II cars today!

Completely new from roof to rails and fully assembled, the HO scale models are based on Amtrak’s first new equipment delivered in the 1970s, and will include 84 and 59-Seat Coaches, and Amcafe´ and Lounge cars. Each features a real-metal finish to simulate stainless steel, along with correct Phase II or Phase III lettering, and paint color matched to Amtrak standards.

An LED interior lighting kit for use on DC or DCC layouts will be available separately.

Please note - Each car comes with a decal sheet containing multiple car numbers.
