Dear N Scale Modelers:

Recently while at the NMRA Show in Sacramento, we discussed the subject o,f the lack of pre 1950 heavyweight CPR Passenger Cars in N Scale.

We asked Micro Trains if they would ever consider doing CPR paint schemes on their new tooling of N Scale Heavyweight Passenger Equipment?

They are considering it! They are interested in knowing how many of us would order. So you will notice on your PORTERS accounts, we have added 6 new items. They are a Coach,  an Observation car, a 28-1 Chair Car, an RPO, a 12-1 Sleeper, and a 10-1-2 Sleeper.

These 6 cars have not been formally announced by Micro Trains, but if there is enough interest from our customers they will be released. The cars would not come out in one set, but would come out over a number of months. The CPR cars would be in the traditional Maroon with Gold Lettering Colours.

Traditionally most US based companies are amazed at how much demand there is for certain Canadian product. So lets show our American friends how much demand there is. For a number of years we have we have been asked if anyone was going to these cars in CP livery, and now is the opportunity to step forward and show exactly how much suport there is!
