HOLIDAY CLOSURES & HOURS OF OPERATIONS

In observance of Canada Day on Friday, July 1, 2011, all PWRS Canadian based employees will have the day off and all PWRS Canadian operations will be closed, including the Surrey retail location. PWRS Canadian operations will return to normal hours on Saturday, July 2, 2011 and the Surrey store will be open. On Monday, July 4, 2011, In observance of United States Independence Day, all PWRS United States based employees will have the day off and all PWRS United States locations will be closed. PWRS United States operations will return to normal on Tuesday, July 5, 2011.

On Friday, July 1, 2011, all calls should be directed to James "Magoo" Parrotte at (858) 633-6673. This is not a toll free number, if you wish, you may e-mail James at [email protected] and request that he call you to avoid any telephone charges.

On Monday, July 4 2011, the Surrey retail location will be open during normal hours and the Toll Free Train Addiction Help Line will be fully staffed.

Website orders and PORTERS orders will be processed as usual during this period, however processing times may be longer than usual due to limited staff.
