Attention All PORTERS Members:

     You will be seeing changes to our PORTERS web site as we prepair to add several new features.

     Above  the most obvious change with the coloring of the tabs.  This was done to help speed up training of new members.  You will find several more changes as we get closer to activating the PORTERS Club Lounge. 

     What's the "Club Lounge"?  That is where you will find products that have never been made available for sale to the public.   These products cannot be purchased using "Green-backs or Loonies".  You will need PORTERS Points. 

     Just imagine owning a Green Saskatchewan Hawker Siddeley Grain hopper that only one person in the whole world has right now (the President of Micro-Trains).  As soon as the Club Lounge is turned on you will be able to order it using your PORTERS Points.  There are only 50 copies of this car.

 Note: One side of the hopper has the Micro-Trains logo and the other has the Kadee logo.

      Another change that is on the horizon is the "Referral" feature.  You know how great PORTERS is?  Why not get some of your model railroad buddies on-board with you?  If you do you will be credited with the same number of points that your new member earns for the first year.  That will really add to the point count.  This part is now being beta tested by a few of our PORTERS members who have volunteered to do beta testing for us in the past.  If you are one of those beta testers look for an email telling you all about it shortly.
