You must place an order for any of these products NOW if you want

GUARANTEED DELIVERY

These locomotives were announced several years age and obviously have been very delayed. They are now back on track. The good news, besides them actually be made is that modelers who had not previously reserved these now have the chance to. So if you are a big SP fan, or just a big steam fan and would like to get one of these, here is your chance.

Many Southern Pacific employees and SP fans agree these were Southern Pacific's most versatile steam locomotives. The first MT class locomotives were built by ALCo, but SP designed the 4300-series Mountain locomotives in house and built them in their own Sacramento shops. These were built in the mid 1920's and ran until the end of the steam era. They were equally at home in passenger and freight service.
