Electric turnouts are now being added to KATO’s narrow-gauge UNITRACK lineup!

The widely spaced sleepers, scaled to 1:76, enhance realism and make the operation of narrow gauge rolling stock feel even more authentic.

This lineup essential for expanding and enhancing your layout, making it easy to add passing loops, sidings, or island platforms to a basic oval track! In addition, the R481–15° curved track, released alongside the No. 4 electric turnout, offers excellent flexibility—serving not only as an auxiliary curve, but also ideal for creating gentle, flowing curves or adjusting double-track spacing to suit your layout design.

Details

• Ballasted track with widely spaced sleepers specifically designed for narrow gauge.
• 9 mm gauge, using Code 80 rails.
• Ballasted track construction allows even beginners to easily assemble and arrange layouts.

Narrow-gauge Unitrack No. 4 electric turnout (left/right)

• A compact turnout suitable for layouts with limited space.
• Includes an auxiliary straight track (60 mm) for the diverging route.

Narrow-gauge Unitrack curved track R481-15°

• Radius 481 mm, used as an auxiliary curve for the diverging route of No. 4 turnouts (EP481-15L / EP481-15R)
• Can be used to reproduce transition curves, or paired facing each other to change double-track spacing (33 mm → 66 mm)
