This model represents water tanks used by military units, and will fit nicely with JTC's new 20' Military series containers. These are part of our Visionary series, where we don't have an exact prototype, however it is designed from similar tanks.

  

These are also finely detailed, delicate miniatures with scales frames and details. Rules for Tank container transport provides for transport in the bottom of well cars, and on flatcars. If the tank container has hazardous liquid it should Not have another container stacked on top of it (look for Hazard label). If non-hazardous, other containers can be stacked on top. Tank containers do not ship double stacked in the Top position.

For the Green EMP containers in these number series, on - dates range from early 2011 up into 2020 in service;
the 6402xx & 6403xx series these are based on are still in use in 2020:

Photos date back to early 2011 for both series; 

It's possible they were delivered in 2010. 

EMP Domestic Container Program;

EMP is a domestic interline container service offered by Union Pacific and Norfolk Southern.
