Dear Canadian Customers:

We will be moving this week.  That will affect all Canadian customers only in two respects:  shipping and picking up. 

The dates of disruption are Thursday March 16 through Wednesday March 22nd; we will be shutting down the Canadian warehouse and moving to the new one across the parking lot.  Therefore, please note:

• We cannot ship from March 16th (late, probably) through March 22nd, hopefully.  It may be another day or two before we're really up and running.
• We will not do a border crossing on March 22nd; the crossings will be on March 15 and again on March 29th.  That means we cannot bring up product to ship out on the 23rd or later, until the end of the next week. 
• Pick up will resume on March 22nd, provided all things go as planned.

The  phones will be answered, however, all throughout this period.  You may call the toll free or the 604-542-0790 number and expect a response (if the lines are busy, we'll call you back). Or you can send us an e mail to [email protected]

Please bear with us as we work to get new quarters that will serve you better. Our new Building address is 15531 24th Ave Surrey, BC V4A 2J4 Unit 25. We are moving across the parking lot to a new building that we will have an upstairs and a downstairs. This will assist when we receive shipments in from China, we will no loger have to lug our boxes upstairs to process.
