Dear N Scale Customers:
We just received an e-mail from Fox Valley Models, and the Montana Rail Link SD70 Ace Engines will be received by Fox Valley on Wednesday. We should have them late next week March 16th. So all customers who ordered the Montana Rail Link Gas Local train set may expect the completed cars plus engines to be shipped immediately after we receive them.
We know they are late, but we much prefer that they be correct than not done properly.
You will be contacted if you need to do anything. Otherwise, you can just enjoy them when they arrive.
One more thing: we have one set left. If you want it, order it now.
First come, first served.

ATTENTION: The cars are in from Micro-Trains and we are waiting for the locomotives from Fox Valley to come in. There are only three sets left for reservation. If modelers have not ordered a set you, order now as the last three sets will be gone soon. And when they are gone, they are gone as we will never produce this set again. While we don't have pictures of the actual model locomotives yet, we do have pictures of the cars from the set, so take a look at the listing for pictures of all the cars.

Montana Rail Link "Gas Local" Train Set
Across North America, there are some truly unique trains. As the saying goes, "you don't see that every day". One of those has to be the Montana Rail Link Gas Local. This unique train runs twice a day, every day, traveling 129 miles between Missoula, Montana and Thompson Falls, Montana bridging a gap in Conoco Phillips gas pipelines.
The train consists of two SD70ACe's, 30 tank cars and one buffer car. The tanks cars were previously owned by Conoco Phillips, but are now owned by MRL. It is a spectacular site to see this train set in the beautiful landscapes of Montana.
We have had modeler requests for this train to be done and after consideration, are more requests, have decided to produce a prototypically accurate consist of the train, complete with two Fox Valley Models SD70ACe's, 30 Micro-Trains tank cars and one Micro-Trains buffer car.
This is a one of a kind train, and a one of a kind train set. Production is limited to 50 complete sets, and will never be produced again. While we are just publicly announcing this set, our PORTERS Members have already seen it and nearly half of the sets are already spoken for.
Obviously with almost half of only 50 sets of this one of a kind set already spoken for, modelers who are interested in this set should reserve their set before they are gone.

Don't Miss The Train!
Only Three Sets Left!
