Dear Customers:

We expect to receive the TrueLine Trains Pointe St. Charles cabooses by the end of the day Thursday, per the tracking information from UPS - except for our special run and the Canadian Provincial Series cabooses - which will be here by the end of the month, we're told.  It will take a few days to get all the orders processed.  If you have been waiting to update an address or payment method, it's time to do that.

If you are one of the few customers who have waited to order, your pickings are now very slim and available selections are getting fewer by the hour. 

For those of you who are sitting on the fence, there are some that are not quite sold out.  There are a couple (emphasis on the "less than a hand-count") left.  We might break up a pack or two to get a few more for late-comers.   If you call the toll free number, make sure you ask to speak to someone who knows product.

One more thing you may probably not have heard.  For the creative among you who like to have quality products for personal railroads, TrueLine Trains actually did undecorated models (kits) and un-numbered and painted cabooses.  We were told today Trueline Trains had a few left that were pre-ordered and were not paid for by other stores and we've managed to get them. So if you look below at SKU 1044-700017 and 1044-700018, (we only have 2 left of 1044-700018)

See the list of what might be possible below.  But literally, we have only one or two.  Call to ask if we can get these for you, they may look sold out:  1044-700001, 700002, 700003, and 700004.

PS: we received calls today from other stores asking us if we could sell them some of our remaining cabooses. It seems some stores forgot to order on time. So if you are one of our regular PORTERS members, a heads up, its likely we might have a repeat of the same situation when the "Canadian" from Rapido came in, with more demand than there is supply. We want to make sure our regular customers get what they want before they are snapped up by others.
