O/HO & HO/N scale roof top billboard or flush mount sign!!!

F.W. Woolworth was a retail company that was one of the original pioneers of the five-and-dime store. Sadly the 5&10 stores are long gone. 

This sign is unique in that it has the ability to be mounted two different ways. It can be mounted as a regular roof top billboard or, because we have added a second set of contacts to the backside center, it can be mounted flush against the front or side of a building. When mounted flush, the regular supports and lower contact are trimmed off.

Our Meadow Gold Billboard is a faithful reproduction of the original sign in Tulsa, OK which has been fully restored to all its glory. A beautiful sign on any layout.

Miller Engineering's Billboards are easy to mount on your structure. Simply cut a small .75" wide slot in the roof of your building, insert the sign. Use a small amount of hot melt glue or 5 minute epoxy on the topside of the roof, at each end of the sign, plug in the connector and you're done. It's that simple!

This sign has been designed for use on O Scale layouts. Consider the measurements provided to determine if they would be suitable for your HO layout.

Tech info:
The base measures 3.2” dia. x 2” tall. The unit runs on 3 AAA batteries so it can be a stand-alone unit. There is an AC jack on the side and it is compatible with all Miller Engineering’s AC adapters. We have also added a 2nd AC jack on the bottom of the unit so the cord can be hidden from view when it is mounted on your layout. Additionally, we will have an optional top plate that will allow you to mount the unit flush, completely hiding the rotating unit under your layout. All signs are double-sided and have the option of either “All On” or “Flashing”.
